The Coordinator of the Oil Marketing Companies has confirmed there is shortage of fuel at the pump stations in Accra and other parts of the country.

Agyemang Duah however in an interview with XYZ News said the Tema Oil Refinery and its stakeholders are working to normalize fuel supply in the next few days.

He said the situation is expected to stabilize in the next few days.

Meanwhile, the Public Relations Officer of the National Petroleum Authority, Yaro Kasambata said the shortage at the fuel pumps could be attributed to many reasons.

He however added that authorities are working hard to ensure that situation is brought under control.
